Ouch…my head!

I took a blow to the head on Sunday night that left quite the bruise. Here I am, nearly a week later, and it’s just starting to turn black, blue, and yellow around my eyes. Ick! I have a Mary Kay class tomorrow night, so hopefully I can hide the discoloration. :p If not, then I’ll definitely raise some eyebrows for sure!! (To clarify what happened, I slipped on the ice outside and fell face first, hitting my forehead on a pile of wood. 
)
I added 1,400 words to my book today…maybe I’ll write even more later tonight. I find that when one is bed-ridden due to a wacked head and a nauseous stomach, it’s fairly easy to get some extra writing done.
Oh, and check out the new Mary Kay blog I just set up for my unit director. It looks pretty sweet, if I do say so myself.
